"I just wanted to let you all know that your craftsmanship and quality is exceptional, your prices are more than fair, and by the way, we live in Texas, so all business transactions took place over the phone, on the internet or by mail. You sent pictures of the diamond and the GIA certification over e-mail, we sent financial information and held our breath. The diamond arrived (insured overnight mail) with all papers and GIA certification, we took it to a jeweler, had it inspected and appraised, when we told him how much we paid he assured us that we got a good deal. That's when we decided to let you create the setting too. We told you what we wanted the ring to look like, you made a mold, sent it overnight mail to let us inspect and approve it.
