we give consultation to each customer either in a private
showroom, via our comprehensive web site or email, over
the phone, or in person at your home/office. We literally
go the extra mile to satisfy our customers - and have
traveled as far as Sweden and Japan to hand-deliver
purchases.
We were established in Palo Alto,
California in 1988, in a small office on Hamilton Avenue
in downtown Palo Alto. Over the years our reputation
has grown... and so has our office.

Alto now proudly offers one large showroom featuring
gems, rings, and assorted fine jewelry; three private
consultation rooms for one-on-one consultations; custom
jewelry designs in gold and platinum; and a staff of
highly-trained and GIA-certified jewelry consultants.
In addition, we provide expert
on-site repair and free cleaning services. No appointment
necessary - just stop by or contact us and we will be
happy to help.
